Lindamarie Werntz Coatman is a Human Resources Executive, Adjunct Professor and Career Coach who is firmly grounded in the belief that fully-engaged employees generate strong performance. She brings a human capital focus to building a diverse and committed workforce.
Lindamarie earned a B.S. and Masters in Business/Accounting from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lindamarie has extensive international experience as a Human Resources Executive having lived and work outside the United States throughout her career. She is recognized as an expert across all facets of Human Resources with emphasis on organizational effectiveness, engagement and change management.
Lindamarie spent her career as an international consultant and human resources executive working for global financial services companies as well as consulting companies around the world. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Pace University, Lubin School of Business teaching Human Resources Management at both the undergraduate and graduate level as well as a subject-matter-expert lecturer as part of Pace University’s Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional (“CCRP”) program in partnership with the AIBACP.
Lindamarie is recognized by her peers in supporting career development through mentoring and coaching, and is an inductee of the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders. She lives in Westchester with her husband and as a family they volunteer their time at Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation (SNARR) Northeast.
